This beautiful apartment with a balcony is a modern and simple place that will surprise you with its stunning view of Bologna!

Located within a beautiful residential complex in Viale Angelo Masini, the apartment is surrounded by a green area. Its central location is perfect for travelers with it being just 500 metres away from the main railway station, a few steps away from the historical city centre and a short distance away from the Fiera of Bologna. Reaching your apartment by car is simple: the strategic location allows you to avoid the ZTL area (limited traffic zone) and still enjoy the central location.

The apartment is located on the tenth floor and can be accessed via a lift (elevator).

It is perfect for couples and families that love to spend their holidays away from home whilst at the same time enjoying the familiar atmosphere.

The apartment's main characteristic is the open space which divides two rooms.

The first one you'll see when you enter is the bedroom which offers a Queen size Double bed (160x190) and a single bed. Both have orthopedic slats and a comfortable Memory Foam mattress. There is also a 55" flat-screen smart TV with Netflix, Disney + and Prime Video

Closeby there is a large kitchen, completely furnished with a table, hobs, oven, microwave, espresso machine, and American Coffee maker, kettle and stove.

Both rooms have huge glass doors from which you can access the terrace. It is indeed a serene and tranquil place in the heart of the city. What's more, the view is breathtaking!

The apartment has a private bathroom. Inside you can find a washbasin, bidet and toilet. There is also a small closet where our guests can find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Some key basics in the apartment are: free Wifi, air conditioning and heating.

We provide clean sheets and clean linen. Upon arrival you will find the bed prepared with fresh and clean sheets, a soft towel, extra duvets and all the essentials for the bathroom.

For those travelling with children, it is possible to request a baby crib before arrival. For this studio it is not possible to add extra beds.
