The Boutique apartment will win you over with its elegance, prestige and luxury. It allows you to have a comfortable stay within walking distance of Bologna's historic city centre.

It is ideal for people travelling on a business trip or a holiday due to its central location with it being just 500 metres away from the main railway station, a few steps away from the historical city centre and a short distance away from the Fiera of Bologna. Reaching your apartment by car is simple: the strategic location allows you to avoid the ZTL area (limited traffic zone) and still enjoy the central location.

Located on the second floor of a condominium with a lift (elevator), the two room apartment has a beautiful entrance into the hallway that guides the guest to three different rooms.

At the entrance you can find a spacious and modern kitchen with a large dining table. The kitchen has all the essentials such as a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, toaster, espresso machine, american coffee maker and electric kettle. It is complete with crockery, cutlery, glasses and everything you need to cook! The stove is equipped with an extra hood and extractor fan.

Continuing down the corridor will lead you to a bedroom and the bathroom. The bathroom is simple with its white ceramic details, shower, washbasin and bidet. There is also the washer-dryer (useful in case of long trips). In the bedroom closet you can find the iron and ironing board.

The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x190cm) with an orthopedic slatted base and comfortable Memory Foam mattress. There is also a 50" flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. To the side there is a large closet, a mirror and a small sofa from which you can watch TV from before going to sleep.

There is air conditioning throughout the apartment (also has a heating option), central heating with radiators, and free Wi-Fi. All the window blinders in the apartment are automatic and they allow one to completely block out the light for those who do not like sunlight entering the room whilst sleeping.

We provide clean sheets and clean linen. Upon arrival you will find the bed prepared with fresh and clean sheets, a soft towel, extra duvets and all the essentials for the bathroom.

For those travelling with children, it is possible to request a baby crib before arrival. For this apartment it is possible to add extra beds.
