The apartment is designed for those who love to spend their holidays having fun with their friends and family!

Located within a beautiful residential complex in Viale Angelo Masini, the apartment is surrounded by a green area. Its central location is perfect for travelers with it being just 500 metres away from the main railway station, a few steps away from the historical city centre and a short distance away from the Fiera of Bologna. Reaching your apartment by car is simple: the strategic location allows you to avoid the ZTL area (limited traffic zone) and still enjoy the central location.

The apartment is located in a residential building and can be accessed via a lift (elevator). The wooden furniture, the parquet floor and the French windows create a calm welcoming environment.

In this apartment there is a lounge area combined with a dining area. Here you can find a large table, chairs and a sofa bed (bringing the maximum capacity to 8). There is also a 55 "flat-screen smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney + services.

The studio also comes with a well-equipped kitchen. It has all the necessities to cook including the basics: microwave, fridge, kettle, espresso machine, american coffee maker, toaster as well as plates, glasses, cuttlery, cups and pans.

The 3 bedrooms each have a queen size bed (160x190cm) with an orthopedic base and a memory foam mattress. Beside the beds you can find a bedside table and a wardrobe with hangers to store your clothes and personal items during your stay.

The apartment has 2 private bathrooms. Both have a sink, bidet and toilet. One of the bathrooms also has a bathtub! There is also a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Some key basics in the apartment are: free Wifi, air conditioning and heating.

We provide clean sheets and clean linen. Upon arrival you will find the bed prepared with fresh and clean sheets, a soft towel, extra duvets and all the essentials for the bathroom.

For those travelling with children, it is possible to request a baby crib before arrival. For this apartment it is not possible to add extra beds.
