Double Deluxe Room with Shower

The Deluxe Room is an elegant double room with private bathroom on the second floor of an apartment complex in Viale Angelo Masini. The building has a lift (elevator).

It is ideal for people travelling on a business trip or a holiday due to it's central location with it being just 500 metres away from the main railway station, a few steps away from the historical city centre and a short distance away from the Fiera of Bologna. Reaching your apartment by car is simple: the strategic location allows you to avoid the ZTL area (limited traffic zone) and still enjoy the central location.

The private room shares the entrance with another room. Therefore, we created a small and comfortable communal area for relaxation and for breakfast. The area has a small sofa, chairs, two tables, mugs, small cups, plates, cuttlery, espresso machine and a kettle.

Your room is the one at the end of the corridor. It has an independent entrance with a special lock which can be opened using a personal access code.

The wide bedroom has a queen size bed (160x190cm) with orthopedic slats and a Memory Foam mattress. There is also a a minifridge in the room and a 32” TV. During warmer days you can use the automatic air conditioning (also has a heating option).

All the window blinders in the apartment are automatic and they allow one to completely block out the light for those who do not like sunlight entering the room whilst sleeping.

The private bathroom has a spacious shower. There is also a shampoo dispenser, cromotherapy, a sink and a bidet.

We provide clean sheets and clean linen. Upon arrival you will find the bed prepared with fresh and clean sheets, a soft towel, extra duvets and all the essentials for the bathroom.
