The One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony is a 65 m² two-room flat designed for guests who seek both comfort and practicality. Ideal for families, groups of friends, couples looking for extra space, or business travelers who prefer separate rooms, the apartment is located in Via Jacopo Barozzi 4, less than 500 meters from Bologna’s central train station, just a 10-minute walk from the historic city center, and about 20 minutes on foot from the Bologna Fair. It is in a strategic position, just outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and easily accessible by car. Private parking is available nearby (for a fee, upon reservation).

The apartment is on the sixth floor of an elegant building with an elevator. A key highlight is the balcony, overlooking a quiet street and offering great natural light and a pleasant city view.

Inside, you will find a living room with a double sofa bed and a smart TV, separated by a door that ensures privacy for those sleeping in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The dining table seats four, perfect for family meals or a cozy dinner.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), a comfortable open wardrobe, and a smart TV. There are two bathrooms: one en suite and one near the living area, both with showers featuring chromotherapy and bidets. A washing machine, drying rack, and ironing board are also available.

The apartment offers heating, air conditioning in every room, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The smart TVs include Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney Plus.

We provide all necessary linen: sheets, towels, pillows, and duvets, as well as a complimentary bathroom amenities kit. A baby cot is available (for a fee, upon request).

Check-in is via self check-in with independent access. The reception is located in the adjacent building, about 50 meters away, and is available for in-person check-in during opening hours. Our staff is fully available during reception hours and reachable by phone 24/7 in case of need.
