The Superior Two-Bedroom Apartment is a spacious 86 m² three-room flat designed to meet the needs of families, groups of friends, or business travelers seeking comfort and practicality. It is located in Viale Angelo Masini 20, just a 7-minute walk from the central train station, a 10–12 minute walk from the city center, and less than 20 minutes from the Bologna Fair — also ideal for those visiting the university area.
The location is strategic, just outside the ZTL, and very convenient for those arriving by car, with parking available nearby (for a fee).

Located on the fourth floor of an elegant building with an elevator, the apartment features parquet floors, large windows, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere. The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine, along with a dining table that seats five. A comfortable sofa completes the living room, and a large smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney Plus is available for your relaxation.

The two bedrooms include one single room and one twin room with two single beds. Upon request (before 7 p.m. the previous day), the beds in the twin room can be joined into a double bed. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, washing machine, drying rack, and iron.

The apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning in all rooms, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen, towels, and a courtesy bathroom kit are provided. An extra bed or baby cot can be added upon request (before 7 p.m. the previous day).

Check-in is via self check-in with autonomous access, a simple and quick procedure.
For those who prefer a traditional check-in, this can be done in person at our reception, located in the same building on the first floor, during opening hours. Outside of opening hours, our staff is available by phone 24/7 in case of need.
