Two Bedroom Apartment

The two bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate friends or families! It has everything you need to enjoy Bologna with your close ones whilst staying in luxury away from home.

Located within a beautiful residential complex in Viale Angelo Masini, the apartment is surrounded by a green area. Its central location is perfect for travelers with it being just 500 metres away from the main railway station, a few steps away from the historical city centre and a short distance away from the Fiera of Bologna. Reaching your apartment by car is simple: the strategic location allows you to avoid the ZTL area (limited traffic zone) and still enjoy the central location.

The apartment is located inside a condominium reachable via a lift (elevator) and features a cozy and bright atmosphere created by the wooden furniture, parquet floor and French doors that overlook the terrace.

You can find the living room and the dining room together. It has a large table, chairs and a sofa (that can be opened if necessary and used as a sofa bed bringing the maximum capacity of the apartment to 6 guests). There is also a 32" flat-screen smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video services.

The kitchen's layout allows guests to enjoy a small, quick breakfast or to prepare a family dinner. In addition to utensils, pots and dishes you can find a 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, espresso and American coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.

The bedrooms have queen size beds (160x190cm) with an orthopedic base and a comfortable memory foam mattress. In both of the rooms you can find bedside tables and wardrobes with hangers (where you can store your clothes and belongings during your stay).

The apartment has 2 en-suite bathrooms. Both are composed of a washbasin, bidet and toilet; one bathroom also has a bathtub. There is also a small closet where our guests can find a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Some key basics in the apartment are: free Wifi, air conditioning and heating.

We provide clean sheets and clean linen. Upon arrival you will find the bed prepared with fresh and clean sheets, a soft towel, extra duvets and all the essentials for the bathroom.

For those who travel with children, it is possible to request a baby crib before arrival. For this studio it is not possible to add extra beds.
