The facility has a reception. Access to the room/apartment is done autonomously, without the need of the physical presence of a member of staff. Right after you make the booking, you will receive an email with a link from which you can complete the online check-in. Once you have completed the online check-in, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to access your room/apartment via a personalized code.

- Check-in is from 3pm;
- Check-out is till 11am;
- Pets are not allowed;
- Smoking is not allowed;
- City tax is not included
